Right of withdrawal and return
If you regret your purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount when the item is returned to our shop.

You (or the recipient of the product) have 14 days after receipt to notify us that you regret the purchase, and then you have another 14 days to send it back.

You can use a shipping company of your choice and bear the costs associated with the return yourself.

The right of withdrawal applies to all standard products in the webshop. The right of withdrawal and return for custom-made products in special dimensions as well as display cases & bathtubs is only valid if a special (written) agreement has been made.

The following applies to display cabinets and bathtubs:

• We charge a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the purchase amount upon ordering.

• If you regret your purchase, we will refund the purchase amount excluding the 30% deposit.

• You (or the recipient of the product) have 30 days after receipt to notify us that you regret the purchase, and then you also have 30 days to return it.

• Purchase amount excluding deposit will be refunded when the product is returned and received in undamaged condition.

Payment
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent in encrypted form (SSL) that only you and the acquirer can read. This means that no one else sees or stores your information.

Regarding stock items, payment is reserved on your account immediately after placing the order and the purchase amount is withdrawn when we ship your order.

Note:
All wood products from Rune-Jakobsen Woodworks are specially produced to order.

Therefore, the purchase amount is considered a prepayment/deposit and will be reserved and deducted from your account when your order is approved.

This means that the purchase amount is deducted while the order is still in process and not only when it is shipped.

If you regret your purchase, we will of course refund the full purchase amount.

Complaint
According to the EU Sales Act, Rune-Jakobsen Design offers a 2-year warranty from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects for EU customers. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, incorrect maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

The invoice must be presented to Rune-Jakobsen Design in connection with the use of the complaint.

Any complaints about defects in delivered products must be made to Rune-Jakobsen Design within 14 days after the buyer has or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the buyer loses his right to claim the defect.

Rune-Jakobsen Design reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you keep yourself informed of any changes.
